Shipping policy

All packages are mailed with USPS at this time. Most orders are shipped out within 5-10 business days after an order is placed. If you have a shipping question after your package has been received by USPS, please contact MAI and/or your local post office. Check the email given at checkout for tracking information as most packages should be accompanied by a shipping notification email. Local pick up: If you know you are currently local to MAI, select LOCAL PICK UP at checkout. Please contact us at MacandIvys@gmail.com or private message SLT on Facebook or Instagram to schedule your pick up date & time.
